Water quality control requires a comprehensive purification process, including facilities for initial rainwater diversion, sedimentation, and filtration, to ensure that pollutant indicators meet standards and prevent secondary pollution. For operation and maintenance, it is necessary to establish sound mechanisms, clarify responsibilities and funding sources, conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of facilities, and strengthen public awareness and guidance to prevent facilities from being occupied or damaged, thereby ensuring the long-term, stable performance of the project.
