China Resources Land G39 International Community Project
China Resources Land 2014G39 International Community Project is located in the east of Pukou New Town Central Avenue and south of Fengzihe Road. It is the only new house in the central business district of Jiangbei core area. It covers an area of 223,310 square meters and a total construction area of 1,042,008 square meters, including high-rise residential buildings, hotel apartments, office buildings, street shops and other commercial entities. We are the centralized procurement strategic partner of China Resources Land. The rainwater collection system we undertook for this project includes two pools with a scale of nearly 500 square meters, which was officially constructed in September 2020.
