Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Meizizhou Road & Zhongxin Avenue
Jiangxinzhou is a pilot area for the construction of sponge cities in Jiangsu Province. In recent years, the entire ecological and technological island has been committed to building a big sponge, and has moved from the past "local" demonstration to "globalization". Meizizhou Road and Zhongxin Avenue are two intersecting sections of our road reconstruction. We use the organic integration of green landscape facilities and gray drainage facilities to create a sponge-type road that combines resilience and beauty. The non-point source pollution control index of Jiangxinzhou urban area is required to reach more than 60%. We carry out secondary transformation of standardized products on site to match the size of the original rainwater well chamber of the road. After the rainwater with built-in filters is installed, various leaves and cigarette butts carried by rainwater can be intercepted by hanging baskets. Solid suspended matter in the water is filtered through the filter element, effectively purifying the initial rainwater.
