1) Body Material following requirements as blow:

①  Compressive Strength≥90N/mm²

②  Bending Strength≥22N/mm²

③  Density 2.1-2.3kg/d m³;

④  Surface Luster<25μm;

⑤  Water Penetration Depth 0mm(0.5MPa keep in 72 hours)

⑥  Elasticity Modulus>25KN/mm²

⑦  Body meets the requirement of no corrosion phenomenon in the salt spray test.

 

2) Finished product following requirements as blow:

①  Length of each drainage ditch body is 1m, which is designed for zero slope, its inner wall is smooth without pores; dropwell also be made of resin concrete with two-layer structure.

② Each drainage ditch body has at least 5 reinforcing ribs to ensure the design load requirements.

 

3) Drainage Cover following requirements as blow:

①  Cover material is nodular cast iron, complies with the QT500-7 standard.

②  Cover can prevent leaves from falling in and high heels from getting stuck,gap width ≤6mm,the pattern is wheel-shaped, it has a good sense of art and aesthetic appeal. Each drainage ditch body and cover connect with at least 4 high-strength external hexagonal flange screws to prevent people from getting stuck due to trampling and vehicles from running over and shaking.
