Anhui Yajing Invited to Attend 2026 Spring Festival Gathering of Chinese Communities Residing in Indonesia, Sharing Hometown Ties and Pursuing Mutual Benefits
As the seasons change and the spring tide surges, the 2026 Spring Festival Gathering of Chinese Communities Residing in Indonesia, organized by the Anhui Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia, was held in Jakarta on January 26. Zhou Kan, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, attended the event and joined nearly 200 overseas Chinese from Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Quanzhou, Jiangsu, Henan, Hunan, Shandong, and other regions to celebrate the upcoming Chinese Year of the Bingwu Horse. Anhui Yajing’s representative was invited to participate in the gathering, where they joined the overseas Chinese in building consensus and celebrating the Spring Festival together.

The venue was filled with warmth and adorned with festive decorations. In his address, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim Zhou Kan extended New Year greetings to the overseas Chinese and acknowledged the contributions of various Chinese communities in promoting China-Indonesia cooperation, supporting local development, and fulfilling social responsibilities. He emphasized the embassy’s commitment to the principle of “diplomacy for the people,” pledging continued support and assistance to overseas Chinese in their work and daily lives, which deeply touched everyone present.

Its participation in this event reflects recognition of the company’s brand strength. During the gathering, Anhui Yajing’s representative engaged in in-depth exchanges with overseas Chinese and community leaders, sharing the company’s patented technologies and engineering achievements. Both sides explored opportunities for cooperation in green infrastructure and rainwater resource utilization between China and Indonesia, expressing hope to leverage the bridge role of overseas Chinese for mutual empowerment in resources and technology.
The event featured a variety of activities, including a heartwarming video reviewing the overseas Chinese communities’ achievements in 2025, as well as traditional customs such as dumpling making and Spring Festival couplet writing, all showcasing a deep sense of national pride and cultural resonance.
